- If for some reason you receive a wrong item, you may return it by contacting our team sales.oakmontapparel@gmail.com within 24 hours. Shipping charges will not be refunded.


- We will send new item/product/design in 3 to 5 business days.


- Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If the product is damaged in transit we have only 48 hours to do a damage claim. After that, products damaged during shipment cannot be replaced due to mishandling by the shipping carrier.


- We reserves the right to refuse return of any products damaged by abuse other than normal usage.


- We will assess shipping charges on any return that originally had free shipping unless the customer is exchanging for a defective unit.
