Payment


- We accept payments via PayPal (shipping to verified address). Orders are processed upon payment notification from PayPal depending on availability. Please make sure that your shipping address is confirmed through PayPal in order to avoid any delay.


- We also accept payments via Bank Wire/Direct Bank Transfer and through Checks.


- Orders are released upon bank confirmation of wire transfer. Please allow 2 to 5 business days for the wire transfer to clear. Email us sales.oakmontapparel@gmail.com for our bank information.


- We charge sales taxes on all orders.  An order may be cancelled by the customer if it has not yet been shipped. Please contact customer service via e-mail sales.oakmontapparel@gmail.com before your order has been shipped (please provide order number while emailing us). If the order has been shipped, then you may refuse delivery to avoid the cost of return shipping. Unless you have a confirmation email stating the order cancellation prior to shipment, you will not be refunded the shipping charges for that order. 

  

- In many cases, we will not be able to cancel an order because it has already been shipped. In order to offer our customers fast delivery, some orders are released from our warehouse within a few hours after the placement.
